We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who can see it, and what you can do about it. Effective Date: June 10, 2026.
When someone fills out a contact form or sends us an enquiry, they are trusting us with their information. We do not take that lightly. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who can see it, and what you can do about it.
We are UltraModern Technologies Pvt. Ltd., an IT services company based in Indore, India. We build websites, software, and mobile apps, run digital marketing and SEO campaigns, design UI/UX, develop CRM systems, deliver AI and machine learning solutions, and provide IT consulting and cloud services. Our clients are spread across India and internationally.

What you share with us
When you fill out a contact form, request a quote, subscribe to our newsletter, or call or email us, you may share your name, job title, email address, phone number, company name, website URL, and project details.
What we collect automatically
Like most websites, ours picks up certain data passively when you visit: your IP address and approximate location, browser type and operating system, referring and exit pages, which pages you viewed and for how long, device type and screen size, and session timestamps.
We do not collect financial details, government ID numbers, biometric data, or health information through this website.
We use your information only for the following purposes:
The basis for each of these is your consent, a legitimate business interest, or a legal obligation, depending on the context.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block, limit, or clear them. Disabling certain cookies may affect how the site functions.
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how people use our site. GA4 sends data, via cookies, to Google servers that may be located outside India. The data includes pages visited, time on site, traffic source, device type, and approximate location. We have enabled IP anonymisation, so the last portion of your IP address is masked before reaching Google.
We do not link GA4 data to any personally identifiable information you submit through our contact forms.
To opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites, you can install Google's browser add-on. Google's full privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.
We run Google Ads campaigns, including remarketing. If you have visited our site, you may see our ads on other websites within Google's Display Network. This works through a cookie placed on your browser when you visit us.
We do not upload your personal details to Google Ads without your explicit consent. What we see on our end is campaign-level, aggregated data only.
To opt out of personalised Google advertising, visit adssettings.google.com or the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page at optout.networkadvertising.org.
Our site may include sharing buttons or links to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, and YouTube. When you interact with those, the relevant platform may set its own cookies or collect data, even if you are not logged in at the time. We have no control over that.
Their privacy policies:

We have never sold personal data and have no intention of doing so.

No internet-connected system can be guaranteed completely secure. If you believe your interaction with us has been compromised, contact us immediately at ultramoderntechnologies01@gmail.com.
We hold onto information only for as long as there is a genuine reason to. Contact form submissions are reviewed and cleared on a rolling basis. Project-related data may be kept for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period afterward for legal and reference purposes. Analytics data may be retained in anonymised form.
When there is no longer a purpose for keeping something, we delete or anonymise it.

We are based in India and most of our data processing occurs here. However, some third-party tools we use, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and our cloud infrastructure, may store or process data on servers in other countries, including the United States and the European Economic Area.
Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms, along with contractual requirements that all providers maintain security standards at least equal to our own.
